Blooming Colors has over 4,000 square feet of greenhouse space dedicated to growing the highest quality plants for both our retail and landscape operations.  What's coming soon from the greenhouse?

Petunia (Petunia x hybrida): Annual
Old standby with incredible diversity of colors.  Height 6-8".  Full sun.  Newest varieties are the spreading 'wave', ground cover petunias.  We're growing 4 varieties of the older Grandiflora, 1 double Multiflora and 10 of the spreading ground cover varieties (including Wave Lavender, Easy Wave Cherry, Tidal Wave Purple, Wave Blue, Wave Misty Lilac, Tidal Wave Silver and many more). 

Dianthus (Dianthus chinensis): Biennial often grown as an annual
Great border plant with height of 6-12".  Colors include red, pink, purple and white.  We're growing 4 varieties: Wee Willie, Telstar Crimson, Corona Cherry Magic and Super Parfait Strawberry.

Begonia (Begonia semperflorens): Annual
Good edging or mass planting.  Height 6-18". Choose either green foliage varieties or bronze foliage varieties.  The bronze foliage varieties are best for semi-shade.  We're growing 3 green-leaf varieties (Scartella, Pink, White) and 5 bronze-leaf (Cocktail Gin, Cocktail Vodka, Cocktail Brandy, Cocktail Mix, Whiskey).

Sweet Alyssum (Lobularia maritima): Annual
Great as a mass planting / ground cover.  Height only 6-8".  Full sun or light shade.  Colors include white, pink and lavender.  We're growing Snow and Easter Basket Mix.
