Blooming Colors Nursery & Landscape Design is a destination garden center and landscape design studio in Grapevine, Texas, family owned and serving Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Trophy Club, Keller, Flower Mound and greater Dallas–Fort Worth for 32 years.
Set on about 4 acres of wooded hillside beside a natural spring-fed stream, beneath native pecans, cedars and elms, our 7,000-square-foot building rises to 40-foot clerestory ceilings filled with fountains, unique gifts and landscape displays.
The garden center carries a massive selection of large, mature trees, Texas natives, perennials, agave, sage and seasonal annuals like periwinkle, pentas and pansies. Pick out a tree and our planting team will plant it for you, saving you the hassle, with the same one-year warranty as our landscape and outdoor living projects. Plants you take home and plant yourself carry a 3-month warranty.
It is also home to our award-winning landscape design team, who design and build gardens, custom Desjoyaux concrete pools and outdoor living spaces, with plants chosen to thrive in North Texas for years to come.

Our team includes Texas Master Certified Nursery Professionals, Texas Registered Engineers and 19 Proven Winners Certified Gardeners. Our award-winning designers create each plan, and our own installation teams build it, backed by our Grapevine nursery. The people who select your plants and the people who install them work side by side, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
What services does Blooming Colors offer?
We offer residential landscape design and installation, custom patios and walkways, arbors and pergolas, custom Desjoyaux concrete pools and pool remodels, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits, landscape lighting, smart outdoor sound systems, irrigation, drainage, sod and artificial turf. We also provide estate management, including lawn care and seasonal color changes, and run a full-service garden center with Campania special orders and seasonal Christmas trees.
What are the garden center's hours?
Our retail store in Grapevine is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We are at 2221 Ira E. Woods Ave, Grapevine, TX 76051. Is Blooming Colors landscape work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every project is backed by our Best in Texas Warranty: if we plant it or build it, it’s guaranteed for one year and replaced once. It covers everything we plant and build, including all labor. Our custom Desjoyaux concrete pools also carry a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty from Desjoyaux. Garden center trees planted by our tree planting team get the same one-year warranty, and plants you purchase and plant yourself carry a 3-month warranty.
How do I start a landscape or outdoor living project?
Fill out the Landscape Design & Installation Consultation form on our website, and one of our award-winning designers will contact you by email within 1–2 business days. Consultation and design fees may apply. From there we follow five steps: on-site consultation and property assessment, custom design and quote, scheduling and final design approval, execution with quality control, and a final walkthrough with site cleanup.
